Ingredients

  • 2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking Soda
  • 2 tsp baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk


Directions

  1. Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan.
  3. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
