- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large red peppers, cut into 1" squares
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- Pour oil into slow cooker. Stir in peppers.
- Cover. Cook on LOW 2 hours.
- Serve with feta cheese on crackers.
