Tomato-Basil Salad with Balsamic Dressing



  1. For salad, arrange tomato slices on a large, flat plate.
  2. Sprinkle with basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
