Basically, those who are diagnosed with diabetes are highly advised to stop taking sugar or minimize the consumption of it as much as possible.
But if it is impossible for you to avoid sweets then it is highly recommended that you take it only after taking the insulin and not before and one more thing do regular exercise no matter how busy you are.
If you follow these tips you’ll feel yourself much energetic and your sugar level will also be normal.
