Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups canned Italian plum tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Coarsely chop tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
