• 1 whole wheat, or plain, lavosh
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon caraway sees or dried herbs


  1. Spray top of lavosh generously with cooking spray and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  2. Bake on a cookie sheet or piece of aluminum foil at 350 degrees F. until browned, 4 to 6 minutes (watch carefully as lavosh can burn easily).
