Ingredients
- 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
- 1 cup honeydew chunks
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, combine the melons, wine, juice and sugar. Puree until almost smooth. Add buttermilk and process again. Top each serving with blueberries.
