  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 cup honeydew chunks
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries


Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the melons, wine, juice and sugar. Puree until almost smooth. Add buttermilk and process again. Top each serving with blueberries.
