Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 cups lean ground round (15% fat or less)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slice bread, cubed fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped fine


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Form into a loaf.
  4. Place in foil-lined 5x9 pan.
  5. Bake until done (15-20 minutes).
