  • 1/4 cup fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well; chill.


Dressing will keep 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
