- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients and mix well; chill.
Dressing will keep 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
