Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar snap peas, blanched
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sugar snap peas, peas and green onion in butter 4 to 5 minutes or until heated.
- Stir in mint.
- Season with salt and pepper.
