  • 3 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
  • 1/4 cup brewed strong Maxwell House Italian Espresso Roast Coffee, cooled
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 tsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. Reserve 1 Tbsp. Cool Whip. Blend remaining Cool Whip with all remaining ingredients except ice in blender until well blended.
  2. Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened and smooth.
  3. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip.
