Ingredients
- 2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking Soda
- 2 tsp baking Powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions
- Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well.
- Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan.
- Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
