- 2 large pears, halved and cored
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Put the pears cut side down in a baking dish. Pour the white wine, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice over the pears. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until pears are soft. Remove the pears from the pan and spoon over any accumulated juices.
