Penne and Chicken with Garlic Cream Sauce

Chicken may be broiled instead of grilled. Preheat broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (170F), turning once halfway through broiling. Spaghetti alle Olive e Pomodoro (Spaghetti with Olives and Tomatoes)

When fresh tomatoes are abundant in the summer and fall, I will use them. Because this is a primary sauce, I use canned tomatoes when fresh are no longer available.
